EXPERIENTIAL LEADERSHIP TRAINING
Our powerful experiential learning approach begins with three days of classroom preparation, covering leadership principles, individual strengths, and global growth opportunities.
The training cohort puts these principles into practice through a two-week, immersive experience in a developing country. This context maximizes outcome learning of international communication, collaboration, and designing clear, achievable goals in changing and challenging environments.
The team is matched with a nonprofit organization involved in community development work. Utilizing their professional expertise, the cohort will work collaboratively with the local team to understand current issues and approaches, and craft recommendations to improve outcomes and achieve goals.
