We are a US non-profit funding a cooperating organization in Uganda. I would say one of the many challenges of this cross-cultural team is getting local ownership and buy in from staff and teachers for the heart of the mission. We have spent a year drawing in all stakeholders to a Strategic Plan that we hope will bring unity in vision and direction.
